I had that problem too, till I discovered Toplitz Productions and saw the first early access company that really listened to their players with such a patience that it was impressive and stunning. And yes those games are definitely short and not really very satisfying. To plop out games like Playway does is a bit scary in my opinion, they don't care about quality and fix some later or never. It is for sure a matter of taste also if you like those games, but honestly I could not ever compare Medieval Dynasty to any of those games.

Still I got to say, that almost all simulation games I saw from Playway were really far more disappointing exept to The Tenants and that one struggles too with balance issues. I would not have bought Farmers Dynasty because I am very picky with games. I totally agree on Farmers Dynasty, the dialogs and animations of that game were questionable, but for the small team and time of development it was probably the best they could bring to the market. I was always angry about the lack of content and quality at those games. It isn't fair to compare superficial games, like House Flipper and other fast done products from Playway S.A. That is what this forum is for pre early access. So, if you have some wishes for Wild West Dynasty, leave them here for VMG. Wild West Dynasty is in the capable hands of Virtual Magic Games. Just to have said it: Medieval Dynasty is being developed by Render Cube.

UMEO has worked on Farmer's Dynasty and Lumberjack's Dynasty, for example. They bring their own background and ideas to the table. Different developers help with that, too. Still, we strive to make every game in our series special in its own way. I guess that can be said about all genres in some way. For some people they just aren't the right thing, while others love them. I think you need to be a certain type of gamer or in a certain mood to enjoy them.
